Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped carrot tops
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds toasted and ground
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

- Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to an air-tight container and refrigerate.
